This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Mentor and guide a team of Performance Managers.
• Provide consistent feedback on client interactions, account strategies, and the application of performance metrics.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings and team gatherings.
• Establish objectives and ensure the team meets account health, retention, and growth targets.
• Facilitate the onboarding and training of new Performance Managers, including shadowing client calls and assessing initial account plans.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on recruitment, capacity management, and process enhancement initiatives.
• Collect and prioritize client feedback and communicate it to the Motive Product team.
• Manage a smaller portfolio of dealership accounts directly.
• Oversee ongoing client communications, expectations, priorities, and follow-ups.
• Cultivate trusted relationships by comprehending clients' objectives, priorities, and business frameworks.
• Track client-site performance across automotive and digital key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Align Motive’s offerings with clients' business goals and performance aspirations.
• Identify expansion opportunities for Motive products and additional dealership-group sites.
• Assist in client onboarding and the continuous use of Motive’s tools and workflows.
• Lead training sessions on applications with client teams and key stakeholders.
• Relay client feedback and performance insights to the Motive Product team.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting in the automotive sector.
• Proven experience in coaching or mentoring other Customer Success Managers (CSMs), whether formally or informally.
• History of managing a substantial, intricate portfolio of dealership accounts with notable retention and growth outcomes.
• Experience in providing direct, constructive feedback and holding a team to high standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in working with performance data, analytics, and reporting.
• Capable of instructing others on utilizing performance data, analytics, and reporting effectively.
• Highly organized and adept at balancing personal account management with team leadership duties.
• Team-oriented and comfortable working across various functions.
