This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.
• Establish and nurture relationships with a portfolio of external clients.
• Take ownership of client relationships and advocate for client needs within the organization.
• Enhance client retention, revenue growth, and product usage.
• Recognize customer interest in additional products and facilitate product expansion or upselling.
• Collaborate with fellow Performance Managers to ensure a cohesive client experience.
• Independently manage the progress and outcomes of assigned accounts.
• Conduct onsite visits and virtual screen-sharing sessions.
• Assist clients in enhancing business processes and achieving their objectives.
• Create action plans for at-risk clients to maintain relationships.
• Identify obstacles and fundamental issues hindering clients from reaching their goals.
• Offer insights on product capabilities and business objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate account performance and trends.
• Keep an eye on client system red flags and emergencies, taking prompt action when necessary.
• Enhance existing processes and systems through client engagement.
• Stay informed about product releases and enhancements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4 years of experience in a similar role; alternatives include a master’s degree with 2 years’ experience, a Ph.D. with up to 1 year of experience, or 8 years of experience in a relevant field.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Must be a safe driver.
• Preference for candidates with at least 3 years of recent retail automotive experience in roles such as General Manager, General Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Finance Manager, BDC Manager, or similar positions.
• Proven capacity to drive change within a dealership.
• Direct experience in desking deals within a retail automotive setting.
• Familiarity and experience with retail automotive and software utilization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, screen-sharing technologies, and relevant software systems.
• Effective communication skills with all levels within an automotive dealership or dealer group.
• Ability to work remotely and independently with moderate supervision.
• Capability to learn complex technology and possess basic knowledge of web-based systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including in-market, overnight, and occasional weekend travel.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship; no OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT, or visa sponsorship.
• Annual incentive/commission target of $27,000.00.
