This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +11 more states.
• Oversee the recruitment process for the client team.
• Evaluate and authorize employee expense submissions.
• Manage employee performance evaluations, coaching, and terminations.
• Ensure that daily sales call activities align with established expectations.
• Maintain compliant communication with customers.
• Possess extensive knowledge of the company program.
• Update team members and the Amplity Project Manager on project developments.
• Uphold a positive reputation for the company and its clientele.
• Generate management reports as required.
• Adhere to relevant laws, regulations, health policies, the Code of Conduct, privacy and data guidelines, as well as state and federal mandates.
• Engage in teleconferences, national/regional/district meetings, and training sessions.
• Represent the client at national and/or local conventions when necessary.
• Report to Amplity Leadership.
• Collaborate closely with program team members, Amplity Project Management, and home office support departments.
• Foster positive working relationships with customers and company contacts.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Experience in managing pharmaceutical representatives is essential.
• Proven background in hiring, coaching, and managing performance of pharmaceutical sales representatives.
• Must demonstrate or obtain necessary credentialing, as required by healthcare providers for access to facilities for field-based activities.
• Willingness to travel for work-related meetings and events, including overnight and/or weekend travel.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are necessary.
• Proven technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and meeting platforms such as Zoom and Teams.
• Strong administrative abilities.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Professional phone etiquette and clear, articulate, grammatically correct speech.
• Capability to learn, comprehend, and convey complex information over the phone.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical/medical terminology while maintaining technical expertise, including awareness of competitive products.
• Self-driven and disciplined.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with an emphasis on detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Flexibility and capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Average travel of 50%, including attendance at conventions or national meetings.
