This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Define, document, and enhance enterprise process standards, operational models, and playbooks.

• Lead and facilitate Lean Management System practices, such as Standard Work, Leader Standard Work, Daily/Tier Management, Visual Management, Gemba, and A3 problem-solving.

• Collaborate with Operations leaders and Continuous Improvement teams to pinpoint operational gaps, minimize variation, enhance flow, and sustain improvements.

• Create and oversee compliance frameworks and maturity models for the adoption of standard processes.

• Evaluate standardized processes and spearhead ongoing improvements while ensuring consistency and compliance.

• Utilize operational data and KPIs to identify, evaluate, strategize, and lead opportunities in process improvement, productivity enhancements, standardization initiatives, and cost reduction.

• Assess donor-center processes, metrics, and effectiveness across various functions including labor, marketing, customer service, compliance, training, and internal systems.

• Conduct process audits, operational reviews, and gap assessments.

• Design, develop, and facilitate training and capability-building programs in Lean / Continuous Improvement.

• Coach leaders and teams on Lean principles, structured problem-solving, and improvement methodologies.

• Support the development of internal champions and train-the-trainer initiatives.

• Develop and execute solutions for donor centers that do not conform to standard models and practices.

• Deliver training, communication, and coaching programs to foster the adoption of standard practices.

• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Training, and Remediation teams on new center openings, integrations, and remediation efforts.

• Identify standardization opportunities within the center network.

• Identify, develop, implement, and monitor KPIs to assess project outcomes.

• Partner with analytics teams to facilitate data-driven decision-making and improvement initiatives.

• Carry out other tasks and assignments as directed by management.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or Engineering.

• Prior training and certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt in root cause investigations is essential.

• Minimum of 8-10+ years of experience in Performance/Operational excellence, operational governance, or process management.

• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain enterprise standards and compliance frameworks.

• Experience in training or influencing individuals without direct authority.

• Must possess a solid understanding of process governance principles and a compliance-oriented mindset.

• Hands-on experience with the implementation of Lean / Operational Excellence practices in a multi-site operational context.

• Strong skills in facilitation, coaching, and change leadership.

• Experience in developing and delivering Lean / Continuous Improvement training.

• Knowledge of safety, quality, and manufacturing programs.

• Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies along with the ability to implement effective improvement strategies and solutions.

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; capable of handling diverse situations and managing multiple projects effectively.

• Lean mindset with the ability to coach others in continuous improvement and standardization methodologies.

• Willingness to travel frequently to site locations within the United States; 50-70% travel expected, with potential for international travel.

• Ability to convey complex information, actively listen, engage with diverse groups, and apply abstract principles to resolve complex conceptual issues.
