This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver one-on-one virtual nutrition coaching to student-athletes in the IMG Academy+ program.

• Potentially facilitate group coaching sessions.

• Establish genuine connections with adolescent and teenage athletes.

• Utilize behavior-change coaching strategies to assist athletes in setting and achieving attainable goals.

• Offer continuous nutrition support and recommend additional coaching sessions as appropriate.

• Provide age- and developmentally suitable, evidence-based nutrition advice.

• Create individualized fueling plans tailored to athletes' specific needs and aspirations.

• Oversee a minimum caseload of 55 student-athletes.

• Conduct roughly 50 athlete sessions monthly, utilizing 40-minute sessions.

• Hold monthly 20-minute parent sessions for each student-athlete.

• Complete administrative tasks such as client communication, scheduling, note-taking, and session tracking.


⛳️ Requirements

• Availability for weekly sessions with all clients, including flexibility for nights and weekends.

• Approximately 30 hours of weekly availability, with at least 15 hours during family-friendly times.

• Demonstrated one-on-one coaching experience with adolescent and teenage athletes.

• Strong skills in behavior-change coaching.

• Experience in sales and account management.

• Registered Dietitian (RD).

• State licensure in the state of residence, if applicable.

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field.

• Ability to adhere to nutrition-service legislation in the residing state.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and motivational abilities.

• Familiarity with current nutrition research.

• Experience in developing menus and catering to athletes' needs.

• Knowledge of sports governing-body regulations concerning restricted substances and supplements.

• Experience in creating educational content for youth audiences.

• Capability to convey current knowledge in practical and relatable terms.

• Ability to engage and inspire youth athletes, especially adolescents and teens.

• Established credibility as a nutrition subject-matter expert.

• Strong time management, adaptability, and flexibility skills.

• Willingness to be open and responsive to feedback.
