Performance Creative Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Develop advertisements utilizing AI tools for images and videos, ranging from concept testing to finalized graphics and short-form videos.

• Craft engaging short-form video scripts and attention-grabbing hooks for paid social media, including user-generated content, creator-led formats, and voiceover styles.

• Collaborate with the in-house video editor to brainstorm, edit, and refine video advertisements.

• Create comprehensive creative briefs for designers and agency collaborators, detailing concept, copy, visual direction, and messaging guidelines.

• Evaluate creative performance to identify which messages to amplify, enhance, or phase out.

• Maintain a balance between iteration and innovation by promoting successful concepts and experimenting with fresh perspectives.

• Oversee the creative production process, ensuring assets are appropriately named, tracked, and delivered punctually.

• Keep abreast of competitive and cultural trends within the anti-aging, beauty, and wellness sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in creating performance-oriented content for paid media (such as Meta, TikTok, or comparable platforms).

• Practical experience with AI creative tools for generating images and videos.

• Proficient in editing with CapCut or similar software.

• Capable of translating performance metrics into actionable creative strategies and new messaging directions.

• Exceptional writing abilities for hooks, scripts, and messaging approaches.

• Knowledge of how creative elements influence click-through rates (CTR), cost per acquisition (CPA), and conversion rates.

• Strong communication skills for briefing designers, editors, and agencies effectively.

• Organized, proactive, and capable of juggling multiple creative projects at once.

• Authentic interest in beauty, wellness, healthy aging, and performance marketing.
