Performance Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement large-scale development initiatives that align with business objectives across LexisNexis North America.

• Work alongside sales and segment leaders to pinpoint performance deficiencies and propose targeted learning solutions.

• Create, organize, and deliver engaging training sessions for large groups covering both sales and non-sales subjects, in-person and online.

• Develop practical tools, guides, and follow-up materials that assist employees in applying their learning in the workplace.

• Partner with subject matter experts to create content, oversee training programs, and facilitate enriching learning experiences.

• Evaluate program effectiveness through participant feedback and performance metrics, communicate findings, and enhance programs accordingly.

• Utilize adult learning principles, instructional strategies, and cutting-edge technologies including generative AI.

• Collaborate across all levels of the sales organization to address performance-related challenges and issues.

• Strong leadership capabilities and team-building expertise.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting and across the organization.

• Capacity to think strategically, tactically, and analytically.

• Familiarity with core Office 365 applications and AI tools.

• Proven skills in project management, time management, and organization.

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

• Proficient in both in-person and virtual presentation skills.
