This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Conduct thorough quality assessments of personal and commercial claims files, with amounts reaching up to approximately $300,000.
• Implement the quality assurance program utilizing Xactimate and Symbility.
• Analyze policy and client guidelines to guarantee compliance with claims.
• Assist field colleagues with necessary revisions.
• Carry out revisions using Xactimate and/or Symbility.
• Record review findings in accordance with team protocols.
• Recognize and suggest training and improvement opportunities to the Team Lead.
• Collaborate with the Analyst Team on national quality initiatives and Sedgwick business unit projects.
• Provide feedback to the Team Lead for performance evaluations and group training sessions.
• Maintain expertise in technical claims handling, estimating, and jurisdictional matters.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
• Travel as needed.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
• Must qualify to become a licensed All-Lines adjuster.
• Completion of relevant industry training courses is preferred.
• A minimum of five (5) years of related experience is required.
• At least three (3) years of experience in claims handling.
• Three (3) years at an advanced technical level as a file reviewer for personal and commercial claims, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong understanding of claims handling and file review practices and procedures.
• Experience with quality assurance and auditing processes.
• Proficiency in electronic estimating tools, specifically Xactimate or Symbility.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including presentation capabilities.
• Proficient in PC use, including Microsoft Office products and digital resources.
• Strong analytical and interpretative abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Capability to navigate virtual meetings, screen sharing, and collaboration tools.
• Ability to excel in a remote work setting.

• Competence in producing comprehensive, accurate, and constructive written reports.
