📋 Description

• Perform intricate data comparisons utilizing various internal and external databases for the Baptist Health Center for Performance Excellence initiatives.

• Create sophisticated reports and analyses.

• Present findings in a clear, precise, and comprehensible manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, or liberal arts.

• A minimum of three years of experience handling quantitative and statistical data (a master’s degree may substitute for two years of experience).

• Proficient in spreadsheet, graphic, and relational database software.

• Proven analytical and critical thinking abilities, with the creativity to effectively present and utilize data.

• Familiarity with Lean principles is preferred.
