📋 Description

• Perform intricate data comparisons utilizing various internal and external databases to support Baptist Health Center for Performance Excellence initiatives.

• Create detailed reports and analyses.

• Present findings in a clear, accurate, and easily understandable manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's Degree in business, engineering, or liberal arts.

• Experience in handling quantitative and statistical data.

• Proficient in spreadsheet, graphics, and relational database software.

• Proven analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a talent for effectively presenting and utilizing data.

• Knowledge of Lean principles is preferred.

• Educational qualifications may be waived with 10 or more years of relevant experience.

• Minimum Required Experience: 5 Years.
