This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Drive project-level influence through innovative technology solutions
• Design, develop, implement, and troubleshoot features within the codebase
• Identify challenges, architect solutions, and design effective processes
• Train and deploy new artificial intelligence models
• Analyze the performance of models and pinpoint areas for enhancement
• Research and assess emerging technologies to improve AI models
• Prototype, evaluate, implement, and refine solutions
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical discipline
• Minimum of two years of professional experience in software development within the automotive industry
• Experience in production-level software development
• Familiarity with model deployment
• Skills in integration and validation for robotics
• Proficiency in testing and debugging algorithms
• Experience with machine learning applications
• Proficient in Python
• Proficient in C++
• Experience with PyTorch
• Knowledge of GPU training
• Expertise in acceleration and inference optimization
• Familiarity with TensorRT/CUDA
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Proficient in Git
