This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assess and evaluate practices to pinpoint opportunities, promoting coaching through the evaluation process.
β’ Develop proposals and agreements that reflect assessment outcomes and present them to clients.
β’ Suggest systems and programs aimed at enhancing practice growth and optimization.
β’ Conduct remote Practice Coaching utilizing analytical software to uncover areas of opportunity.
β’ Design, maintain, and refresh curriculum as needed.
β’ Provide coaching services both remotely and in-person to meet client requirements.
β’ Collaborate with the clinical systems coach to design and implement comprehensive practice enhancements.
β’ Engage with clients, encouraging growth and providing advisory support.
β’ Assist practices in establishing systems that enhance patient care and satisfaction while increasing revenue and profitability.
β’ Propel sustainable, measurable, and profitable growth through regular review of practice KPIs.
β’ Oversee P&L statements and devise strategies to bridge the gap between actual performance and company forecasts.
β’ Cultivate and sustain relationships with dental teams to effectuate influence.
β’ Aid in the implementation of training and development programs for clients.
β’ Conduct monthly client calls to monitor progress and evaluate improvements.
β’ Prepare detailed recap reports following customer visits.
β’ Keep organized and comprehensive customer records in Basecamp.
β’ Create PowerPoint presentations and engage in public speaking whenever opportunities arise.
β’ Adhere to Benco Coaching curriculum and protocols.
β’ Ensure the confidentiality of customer information.
β’ Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the capability to manage various projects simultaneously.
β’ Excellent interpersonal abilities, balancing approachability with assertiveness.
β’ Superior communication skills with a strong background in both written and verbal interactions.
β’ Outstanding phone etiquette.
β’ Effective time management capabilities.
β’ Strong problem-solving aptitude.
β’ Proficient in computer applications with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and OneNote).
β’ Willingness to travel 75% of the time.
β’ Flexibility to adapt to client schedules.
β’ Ability to influence others effectively.
β’ High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
β’ Registered Dental Hygienist.
β’ 1-3 years of experience in dental business or practice management.
β’ Capacity to work up to 16 hours per week and provide in-person coaching.
