PeopleSoft Application Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Administer the PeopleSoft environment for the IPPS-A Army Military Payroll system.

• Plan and manage PeopleSoft environments effectively.

• Develop and sustain PeopleSoft environment diagrams.

• Supervise and execute code and data migrations between environments.

• Create, refresh, back up, restore, and eliminate environments as needed.

• Offer technical support to developers, analysts, and testers.

• Resolve issues related to the environment.

• Coordinate connectivity with interface partners alongside the Interface Manager.

• Collaborate with CyberSecurity personnel to apply STIG configurations and address findings from security scans.

• Work in partnership with Agile Teams, the Release Manager, Configuration Manager, CyberSecurity Engineer, Interface Manager, and Program Manager.

• Mentor and support teammates as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the federal government, DoD, Army, or IC, or in the private sector is preferred.

• Experience with PeopleSoft, Workday, or other ERP systems is advantageous.

• Preferred certifications include CompTIA Security+, SAFe DevOps, and PeopleSoft HCM.

• A current Secret clearance is mandatory.

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Capability to perform repetitive motions with hands, wrists, and fingers.

• Ability to participate in and respond to audible communications during emergencies.

• Capacity to sit for extended periods at a desk while using a computer.
