People Systems – Online Facilitation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer expert guidance to a cohort of 20-25 undergraduate online learners

• Assist students with academic writing, research efforts, and effective time management

• Facilitate one-on-one sessions for resolving doubts, providing academic direction, and reviewing assessment drafts

• Advise on pertinent reference materials

• Evaluate assessments with comprehensive, constructive feedback

• Oversee discussion forums

• Deliver proactive, timely, and personalized support for student inquiries and challenges

• Engage with students promptly via email, calls, and online meetings

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at a reputable university or college and/or relevant professional experience within the last 5 years

• A Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree with distinction or first-class honors from a prestigious university in India

• In-depth knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and modern people systems

• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors

• Familiarity with employee lifecycle management, HR technology, digital transformation, strategic HR decision-making, human resource management, AI in HR, emerging HR technologies, HR analytics and reporting, and workforce management

• Fluency in English; exceptional oral and written communication skills

• An empathetic, ambitious, friendly, and outgoing demeanor, eager to collaborate with individuals from various cultural backgrounds

• Access to a working laptop

• High-speed and stable internet connection exceeding 10 MBPS

• Ability to quickly adapt to and utilize technology platforms, including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac

• Availability from 12 pm to 6 pm IST every day of the week
