This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Collaborate across various HR domains as necessary, including recruitment and selection for complex and senior positions, performance management, leadership assistance, and people and culture initiatives.
• Oversee the complete recruitment and selection processes.
• Assist with the performance review cycle, encompassing design, calibration, communication, and feedback.
• Support leaders in their daily tasks, acting as a resource for people-related inquiries, requests, and decisions.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing culture and employee experience.
• Engage in automation and AI projects relevant to HR processes, including the development of agents, automated workflows, and tool integrations.
• Enhance the current team by addressing existing gaps and gaining the independence to take charge of new areas as business requirements evolve.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest more efficient solutions.
• Create and maintain HR-focused automations and AI tools by designing workflows, crafting agents, and integrating systems to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Prior experience in generalist HR, with expertise in at least two of the following areas: recruitment and selection, performance management, HR business partnering/leadership support, or culture.
• A versatile profile, capable of navigating various topics without sacrificing execution quality.
• Practical experience in developing automations or workflows using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools like Gemini, Claude, or comparable technologies, utilized for process creation.
• Knowledge of comprehensive HR processes.
• Experience with recruitment and people management platforms such as Gupy, Qulture.rocks, ADP, or similar tools.
• Analytical skills to track metrics and make informed, data-driven decisions.
• Understanding of Brazil’s LGPD as it pertains to HR and AI processes.
• Strong autonomy, organizational skills, and prioritization abilities.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization.
• Proactive in anticipating needs and presenting solutions.
• An inquisitive nature regarding technology, automation, and AI in HR.
• Discretion and dependability when managing sensitive information.
• Preferred: experience in technology companies or fast-paced environments.
• Preferred: expertise in automation or generative AI tools applied to HR.
• Preferred: experience working in small, agile teams with diverse responsibilities.
