This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Collaborate with the Senior People Partner to implement the HRBP/People Partnering framework across business divisions.
• Serve as a strategic advisor for senior leadership and management teams.
• Foster high performance and identify underlying issues within teams and functions.
• Enhance the capabilities of managers and teams.
• Assist in the development and implementation of capability frameworks, feedback models, operational methods, and role specifications.
• Manage employee relations casework as necessary.
• Provide practical support during disciplinary and grievance investigations and their resolutions.
• Report directly to the Director of People & Talent.
• Act as a reliable point of contact throughout the organization.
• Participate in initiatives that influence the company’s operational methods.
• Proven experience in a People Partner or HRBP position, preferably within a fully-remote, fast-growing scale-up.
• Knowledge and practical experience in implementing the HRBP model within a People Function.
• Strong commercial sense and advocacy for people.
• Comfortable leading or assisting in disciplinary and grievance inquiries.
• Comprehensive understanding of UK employment law, HR policies, and best practices.
• Confidence in advising and forming relationships with managers and employees across all levels.
• Inquisitive and solution-oriented mindset, particularly regarding managerial capabilities and high performance.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a balance between practicality and empathy while ensuring fairness.
• Experience in a fully-remote setting, ideally within a scale-up transitioning to a high-performance culture.
• CIPD Level 5 certification or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms; experience with Humaans is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace is a plus.
• UK tax residency compliance is required for global remote work.
