People Ops/Recruiting Evaluator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Review and analyze AI-generated deliverables, such as documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

• Utilize your subject-matter expertise to evaluate the quality of outputs.

• Assess AI-generated materials against specific quality standards relevant to the domain.

• Detect factual inaccuracies, aesthetic issues, and presentation flaws.

• Provide clear and organized written feedback to guide improvements.

• Engage in projects aimed at training and refining AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of pertinent professional experience in People operations or recruiting.

• Native or professional-level fluency in English.

• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly in Google Slides and PowerPoint.

• Advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a recognized institution is preferred.

• Must have independent contractor status.

• Currently unable to accommodate H1-B or STEM OPT candidates.
