📋 Description

• Examine and evaluate AI-generated deliverables, such as documents, spreadsheets, and presentation decks.

• Utilize extensive People operations and recruiting expertise to assess the quality of outputs.

• Analyze AI-produced materials against specific quality criteria relevant to the domain.

• Detect factual, aesthetic, and presentation inaccuracies.

• Offer clear and organized written feedback.

• Participate in projects aimed at training and improving AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of applicable professional experience in People operations or recruiting.

• Fluent in English at a native or professional level.

• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly with Slides (Google Slides / PowerPoint).

• Advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a recognized institution is preferred.

• Must operate as an independent contractor.
