This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver Tier 1 People Operations assistance to employees and managers via the People helpdesk.
• Oversee preboarding, onboarding, employee documentation, employment modifications, and offboarding processes.
• Assist employees and managers with inquiries related to People policies, Benefits, Leaves, Compensation, systems, and procedures.
• Facilitate Benefits enrollment, eligibility alterations, employee inquiries, documentation, and ongoing administrative tasks.
• Aid in Leave of Absence and ADA management in collaboration with designated Senior Generalists.
• Assist with Compensation procedures, employee changes, reporting, documentation, and recurring program cycles.
• Ensure accurate employee information is maintained within the HR technology ecosystem.
• Execute HRIS transactions, perform regular audits, validate data, and resolve issues.
• Handle helpdesk requests from initiation to resolution and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Guide employees and managers through workflows, systems, policies, and knowledge resources to encourage self-service adoption.
• Maintain People Operations documentation, standard operating procedures, templates, and employee resources.
• Support Talent Acquisition Operations, employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and HR communications.
• Engage in cross-training and retain working knowledge of core People Operations and Total Rewards service areas.
• Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, minimize manual tasks, and improve the employee experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in People Operations, Human Resources, Benefits & LOAs, or a related discipline.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is essential.
• Familiarity with Benefits, Leaves, Compensation, employee policies, HR systems, and compliance practices is required.
• Comprehensive experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Proficient in using an HRIS for managing employee data, reporting, transactions, or system administration.
• Experience in managing requests from employees and managers through a helpdesk, case-management, or shared-services model is preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Capable of quickly learning new functional areas and operating effectively within a cross-trained team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on employee-centered service.
• Proven discretion in handling sensitive employee, Benefits, Leave, and Compensation information.
