This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee daily HR operations throughout the entire employee lifecycle, which includes onboarding, offboarding, leave management, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
• Handle payroll processing and resolve related issues.
• Manage benefits administration and oversee the relationship with Rippling as the PEO.
• Oversee HR processes for full-time employees (FTEs), Employer of Record (EOR) staff, and independent contractors across various countries.
• Ensure proper and compliant handling of workforce classifications.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers regarding performance matters, workplace issues, and conflict resolution strategies.
• Develop and update employee handbooks, policies, and HR documentation.
• Administer Rippling and keep HR records accurate.
• Deliver HR reporting and metrics to the executive leadership team.
• Collaborate with the CFO on workforce forecasting, compensation management, and HR budget considerations.
• Report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR.
• Previous responsibility for HR in a company with 100+ employees or a similarly sized business unit.
• Comprehensive understanding of global workforce structures, including FTEs, EOR arrangements, and independent contractors.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements for various workforce classifications.
• Direct experience engaging with a PEO; experience with Rippling is advantageous.
• Practical experience with payroll, benefits administration, and HR information systems.
• Strong foundation in employee relations, compliance, recruitment, performance management, compensation, and HR systems.
• Exceptional judgment and discretion in managing sensitive and confidential information.
• Experience in a rapidly growing startup or SaaS environment is preferred.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification is an advantage.
