This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Support the Head of People in the daily execution of Recruiting and People Operations objectives.
• Oversee the onboarding of new hires, which includes account activation, laptop distribution, background checks, system setup, and coordinating their first day.
• Draft offer letters and facilitate the transition from offer acceptance to company onboarding.
• Aid in the rollout of employee benefits, including enrollment, addressing coverage inquiries, and providing resources.
• Manage Warp and Rippling, ensuring the accuracy of employee profiles, onboarding workflows, account provisioning, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with the finance team to handle employee payroll-related updates.
• Keep organized and confidential employee records.
• Develop and enhance onboarding checklists, templates, and standardized processes.
• Address employee inquiries and engage appropriate internal or external partners as necessary.
• Collaborate with leaders from corporate, customer experience, lab, and warehouse teams regarding Recruiting and People Operations requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting a People Operations, Human Resources, or Talent Acquisition team.
• Familiarity with HR, payroll, or benefits systems, with a preference for experience with Rippling.
• Experience in Recruitment Coordination; familiarity with Workable is a plus.
• A tech-savvy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Good judgment in managing confidential employee information.
