This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +27 more states.
• Ensure the accuracy of employee records in the HRIS throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Take ownership of People Team documentation, resources, and compliance activities related to employment.
• Generate regular HR metrics, reporting, dashboards, and insights for the People Team.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for designated requisitions, encompassing intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, debriefs, and offer acceptance.
• Create, refine, and publish compliant and inclusive job descriptions.
• Oversee applicant tracking and coordinate candidate interviews and communications.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on role definition, interview structure, and evaluation criteria.
• Organize onboarding documentation, system access, communications, and logistics for the first day.
• Handle offboarding paperwork, updates in the HRIS, and associated tasks.
• Manage benefits enrollment, qualifying life events, benefit modifications, open enrollment, audits, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain communication channels for the People Team and assist in employer branding and employee advocacy initiatives.
• Aid in the coordination of employee events, celebrations, recognition programs, and cultural initiatives.
• Oversee competing HR workstreams, identify opportunities for process enhancement, and elevate the employee experience.
• Collaborate with the Senior HRBP and VP of People on strategic initiatives and operational priorities.
• Interpret and convey policies, support employee relations matters, and escalate sensitive or complex issues as necessary.
• Report directly to Caroline Laney, VP of People.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
• Background in employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, HR operations, benefits administration, or compliance.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Strong judgment capabilities and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and follow-through.
• Capacity to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with HRIS and ATS platforms, as well as basic HR processes.
• Experience with BambooHR and Ashby is advantageous.
• Customer-oriented mindset, exhibiting professionalism and empathy.
• Availability to work standard Mountain Time business hours, with flexibility for peak hiring cycles and key People Team tasks.
• Must have access to a smartphone, high-speed internet, computer, webcam, and headset.
• Familiarity with Google products, including Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Forms, and Sheets.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• $5K bonus.
