This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +9 more states.
• Arrange interviews across various time zones and calendars.
• Collaborate with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
• Provide timely follow-ups to candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.
• Monitor interview progress and identify delays or scheduling issues.
• Assist in posting, updating, and closing job requisitions on job boards and career pages.
• Perform reference checks and confirm the authenticity of references.
• Initiate, monitor, and assess background check requests via third-party vendors.
• Address any discrepancies or concerns related to background checks.
• Manage and prioritize communications within the shared People Operations inbox.
• Address routine inquiries and direct complex matters to the appropriate team member.
• Aid in leave management administration, including record updates and documentation follow-up.
• Liaise with tax agencies regarding payroll or tax administrative issues.
• Address requests from unemployment agencies, state forms, and other third-party or state agency inquiries.
• Facilitate new-hire onboarding, background-check verifications, licensure support, I-9 administration, and orientation calls for new hires.
• Oversee HR/People Operations platforms, such as HRIS, employee recognition systems, and internal team sites.
• Assist with various People Operations projects and administrative tasks.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR, People Operations, recruiting coordination, or a similar administrative role.
• Experience in a healthcare organization is advantageous.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple schedules and priorities concurrently.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of discretion and judgment when managing confidential information.
• Comfortable making outbound calls to third parties.
• Proficient with standard HR/ATS tools.
• Familiarity with Ashby and Rippling is a plus.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
• Ability to work independently while recognizing when to escalate issues.
• Must reside in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, Texas, or Washington.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Background check is required prior to employment, which may involve a drug test or other health screenings.
• Employees in patient, client, or customer-facing roles must be vaccinated against influenza, with consideration for accommodations.
