This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Take charge of frontline employee relations by managing intricate cases from start to finish, ensuring equitable, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes.
• Collaborate with managers on everyday personnel matters, performance management, feedback, and challenging discussions.
• Oversee employment issues within a global workforce and liaise with PEOs, external legal counsel, and local advisors across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions.
• Offer guidance on HR policies and assist in policy revisions in collaboration with legal teams.
• Provide support to contractor and non-employee groups regarding compliance and relationship challenges.
• Analyze people data to uncover trends and partner with managers to implement practical solutions.
• Provide advice on retention strategies including salary adjustments, promotions, and recognition programs.
• Leverage AI tools for case management, documentation, and analytical tasks.
• Assist in the execution of people programs and systems, including hands-on training implementation.
• Progressive experience across various HR functions, including operations, compensation, organizational design, learning and development, employee relations, inclusion, and performance management.
• Experience in supporting international leaders and teams.
• Practical knowledge of local employment laws and best practices across diverse jurisdictions.
• Extensive experience in resolving complex employee relations challenges, ideally within a rapidly scaling or technology-focused environment.
• Capability to establish trusted relationships with leaders in high-pressure and legally sensitive scenarios.
• Ability to serve as an objective and influential advisor.
• Experience in developing and defining training programs and practices from the ground up.
• Outstanding time management skills and capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous setting.
• Proficient in project tracking and organizational skills to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of initiatives.
• Proactive in problem-solving and taking ownership of results.
• Familiarity with modern HRIS/ATS and people tools, such as HiBob, Deel, and Ashby.
