This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and uphold employee lifecycle processes within the HRIS, encompassing onboarding, job and managerial changes, transfers, organizational modifications, offboarding, and employee data transactions.

• Recognize opportunities within People Operations that could benefit from AI agents, agentic workflows, and automation of workflows.

• Create, configure, test, document, and continually enhance HR workflows that integrate the HRIS with Jira Service Management or ServiceNow, payroll, benefits, knowledge repositories, and other authorized systems.

• Assist in the configuration of HRIS, including workflows, integrations, custom fields, system enhancements, validation tables, business rules, forms, and calculated fields.

• Ensure role-based access, security measures, audit support, data privacy practices, and human review controls for AI agents are maintained.

• Aid in HRIS upgrades, system releases, new module implementations, user acceptance testing, communications, training materials, and post-launch evaluations.

• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Finance, IT, management, employees, and external vendors to streamline processes and address inquiries.

• Generate and sustain HR reports, dashboards, recurring metrics, ad hoc analyses, data reconciliations, and actionable insights.

• Preserve HR data definitions, KPIs, reporting standards, agent knowledge sources, workflow schemas, test cases, SOPs, job aids, and training materials.

• Supervise data accuracy and integrity; conduct audits, reconciliations, corrections, quality checks, and output evaluations.

• Deliver first- and second-level support for HRIS, reporting, agent, and workflow concerns; investigate root causes and coordinate resolutions.

• Assist with HR technology and People Operations projects, including timelines, stakeholder communications, testing strategies, pilot feedback, release plans, and documentation.

• Assess AI-enabled HR technology capabilities and vendor roadmaps while documenting use cases, benefits, risks, and readiness criteria.

• Support HR systems, AI agent, and data training, promoting data literacy, AI literacy, and self-service initiatives.

• Facilitate compliance activities concerning employee records, HR data, reporting, AI workflows, privacy, and regulatory standards.

• Adhere to company ethics, values, data handling agreements, policies, privacy practices, compliance training, and perform additional tasks as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent years of relevant work experience.

• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in People Operations, HRIS administration, HR reporting and analytics, payroll operations, or a similar field.

• Proficient in advanced Excel functions, including lookups, data validation, conditional logic, pivot tables, and the ability to analyze and reconcile extensive, complex datasets.

• Familiarity with HR data governance, employee lifecycle processes, data privacy practices, and HR reporting standards.

• Exhibits responsive, customer-oriented support skills and the ability to communicate with professionalism and sincerity.

• Demonstrates strong ownership, sound judgment, and keen attention to detail.

• Capable of collaborating across functions, prioritizing competing demands, and following through on commitments.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the designated country without requiring visa sponsorship.

• Experience with HRIS reporting, workflow automation, data integrations, APIs, AI assistants or AI agent applications, or business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Snowflake is preferred.
