People Manager – Experience Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Serve as a senior consultant on client projects

• Create, develop, and implement contemporary digital solutions

• Guide, mentor, and nurture a team of 4–5 consultants

• Oversee performance evaluations and developmental conversations

• Coach consultants to ensure they possess the necessary skills and capabilities for both client and business requirements

• Participate in recruitment and sales initiatives

• Foster the ongoing growth of the fullstack team

• Establish strong relationships with clients and colleagues

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in frontend and/or fullstack development

• Proficient in JavaScript, React, and/or Angular

• Familiarity with modern web technologies, backend solutions, and APIs

• Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as Optimizely, AEM, Contentful, Sitevision, or similar platforms

• Background in, or strong interest in, AI-driven tools and technologies

• Experience in consulting, digital development, or a related technology sector

• Comprehension of customer needs in a complex and changing digital landscape

• Relevant university degree

• Proficient in Swedish and English

• Identity verification through the examination of an ID card

• Background checks may be conducted as necessary
