People Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Venezuela.

📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor for management and staff regarding HR issues and company policies.

• Oversee the recruitment process, which includes crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews.

• Create and implement performance management processes that enhance employee engagement and foster professional development.

• Conduct training sessions and workshops aimed at improving employee skills and competencies.

• Assess employee satisfaction and initiate programs to cultivate a positive workplace environment.

• Remain informed on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in Venezuela.

• Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring seamless transitions for all employees.

• Address employee relations matters and facilitate conflict resolution.

• Analyze HR metrics and generate reports for senior management to aid in decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management or a comparable position.

• In-depth knowledge of Venezuelan labor laws and HR best practices.

• Proven capability to execute HR strategies and initiatives effectively.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong problem-solving skills and conflict resolution expertise.

• Proficient in HR software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
