This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
β’ Act as the primary point of contact for EPD managers and staff by addressing daily HR inquiries and providing guidance to managers.
β’ Engage in employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, transfers, resignations, and offboarding.
β’ Assist in the administration of engagement surveys and support employees through the leave-of-absence procedures.
β’ Aid in investigations and performance documentation while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
β’ Oversee and communicate the performance review cycles, compensation updates, and Learning & Development initiatives from start to finish.
β’ Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, L&D, and People Ops to ensure global consistency.
β’ Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders within a matrixed EPD environment.
β’ Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance lifecycle administration, program execution, and routine reporting.
β’ Proactively identify patterns and signals from the caseload while maintaining context with the manager.
β’ 3-5+ years of experience in HR generalist or HR business partner roles, preferably supporting technical or product teams.
β’ Strong adherence to processes.
β’ Proven ability to handle a high volume of inquiries from managers and employees with independent judgment.
β’ Proficiency with AI tools.
β’ Capability to automate or systematize routine tasks such as reporting, tracking, and communications.
β’ Aptitude to operate within a highly matrixed, rapidly changing organization.
β’ Strong relationship-building skills across People Team functions and EPD stakeholders.
β’ Valid right-to-work authorization based on the country of employment.
β’ A successful background check may be necessary.
