People Experience Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Support the entire recruitment process from beginning to end.

• Promote job openings.

• Communicate with candidates throughout all phases of the recruitment process.

• Organize, arrange, and coordinate interviews and calls.

• Maintain relationships with various job portals.

• Develop candidate summaries for recruitment strategy.

• Oversee job portals dedicated to intern recruitment.

• Publish recruitment advertisements across multiple platforms.

• Maintain ongoing communication with partners and universities.

• Create onboarding plans for new team members.

• Plan and coordinate the Interns Development Program.

• Contribute to additional People Experience initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• You must be a student (EU citizen or enrolled in a German university) required to complete a mandatory internship lasting at least 6 months.

• Currently studying business or humanitarian disciplines.

• The internship needs to be a compulsory component of your degree program.

• Availability for a period of 6 to 12 months starting from October 2026.

• A keen interest in the area of Human Resources/People Experience.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• Proficiency in German is preferred.

• Hands-on experience with MS-Office and online applications.

• Enthusiasm for Web 2.0 tools and social communities.

• Strong communication skills, dependability, organizational talent, and a composed demeanor.

• Candidates must be EU citizens or enrolled at a German university.

• The ideal candidate should also reside in Germany throughout the internship period.
