This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Strategize and implement engaging initiatives, virtual activities, celebrations, and team-building programs.

• Take charge of the complete planning and execution of company-wide quarterly gatherings, encompassing travel, accommodations, venues, activities, and logistics.

• Organize corporate trips, team outings, and retreats.

• Lead employee recognition programs, milestone celebrations, and initiatives aligned with company values.

• Coordinate fitness activities, wellness workshops, and mental health initiatives.

• Collaborate with People Operations to enhance employee experiences, focusing on new-joiner engagement and cultural assimilation.

• Collect employee feedback, conduct engagement surveys, monitor participation, and identify areas for improvement.

• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate costs, monitor budgets, and ensure efficient execution.

• Develop captivating announcements and campaigns to promote awareness and encourage participation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in People Engagement, People Experience, People Operations, or Corporate Events.

• Practical experience in organizing corporate events, offsites, and employee engagement activities.

• Strong skills in planning, coordination, vendor management, and budgeting.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Creative thinker with the capability to present innovative and engaging concepts.

• Strong sense of ownership, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to independently manage multiple initiatives.

• Proficient in using Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and AI tools to enhance planning and execution.

• Experience in a SaaS, startup, or remote-first organization is a plus.
