This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Deliver administrative services to clients within established Service Level Agreements while ensuring a high level of accuracy.

• Fulfill customer needs and meet deadlines effectively.

• Follow departmental policies and procedures consistently.

• Address both verbal and written customer inquiries.

• Compose non-standard correspondence in response to customer questions.

• Gather and analyze data to create regular reports.

• Serve as a subject matter expert and undertake projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Team Leader.

• Ensure compliance with FCA regulatory standards and the principles of Treating Customers Fairly.

• Recognize and implement process enhancements to boost efficiency and enhance customer service.

• Provide on-the-job mentoring and training to team members.

• Work independently and escalate issues when necessary.

• Participate in internal and external audits as required.

• Proficient in computer usage with a readiness to learn various systems.

• Strong skills in numeracy and literacy.

• Prior experience in a Life & Pensions setting.

• Employment contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment screening checks.

• Willingness to pursue professional qualifications relevant to the role within the specified timeframe.
