This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee, analyze, manage, and communicate the company's long-term incentive equity and stock purchase plans and programs.
• Administer US and international employee equity grant and purchase plans and programs.
• Analyze and relay performance metrics of equity plans and grant practices to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to regulations and applicable laws while managing SOX/audit requirements pertinent to equity administration.
• Assist with Section 16 requirements for filings related to equity-based securities.
• Supervise outsourced vendors and brokers to ensure efficient administration of equity grants.
• Offer customer service support by addressing employee inquiries and resolving issues regarding equity plans and grants.
• Maintain the employee equity database in partnership with an external vendor.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and provide administrative consultant support.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual summary and detailed reports, including necessary information for Proxy and 10-K filings.
• Oversee the equity grant process, including documentation and award agreements.
• Manage the semi-annual Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
• Engage in special projects related to equity granting and reporting.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Payroll, Audit, and HR teams to implement equity programs.
• Review and contribute to materials for the Compensation Committee concerning equity matters.
• Support the Director of Compensation, including equity grants to board members.
• Execute additional duties and assignments as directed by management.
• Minimum of 5 years in managing equity programs.
• Experience in supporting leadership roles.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of prioritizing, planning, organizing, and managing details in a dynamic environment while exercising sound judgment.
• Experience with Equity Edge is an advantage.
• Background in executive compensation is a plus.
