This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Oversee and provide support for IBM WAS, Portal, BAW, IHS, and IAM platforms.

• Conduct installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, security enhancements, and performance optimization.

• Manage application rollouts, middleware releases, clustering, high availability, and production support.

• Set up SSL/TLS, integrate LDAP/Active Directory, implement SSO, and manage access controls.

• Create and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts utilizing Jython, Shell, Python, and PowerShell.

• Resolve middleware, application, security, and performance challenges across enterprise environments.

• Monitor system health, analyze logs, and assist with incident, problem, and change management processes.

• Support Conduent's essential services and solutions provided to Fortune 100 companies and governmental entities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in IBM WebSphere Application Server administration.

• Proficient with IBM WebSphere Portal/HCL DX, IBM BAW, IBM IHS, and IBM IAM/Tivoli.

• In-depth understanding of LDAP, Active Directory, SSO, SSL/TLS, and certificate management.

• Experience with Jenkins, Linux/Unix administration, wsadmin/Jython scripting, and middleware automation.

• Strong expertise in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support in highly available enterprise settings.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• Preferred qualifications include knowledge of WebSphere Liberty, Git, Ansible, Splunk, and Dynatrace/AppDynamics.

• Preferred familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS/Azure and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.

• Preferred experience in DevOps and CI/CD implementation.
