Pelvic Health Physical Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +32 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide thorough clinical care to patients across the musculoskeletal (MSK) spectrum, including pelvic health, via telehealth video consultations and in-app messaging.

• Assess and treat patients remotely using digital platforms while overseeing technology results.

• Utilize the biopsychosocial model, evidence-based practices, pain science, behavior change theories, and patient-centered approaches.

• Articulate clinical reasoning to enhance member engagement and contribute to product development.

• Deliver exceptional service that leads to customer satisfaction and better clinical results.

• Efficiently manage a diverse and sizable caseload in a safe manner.

• Collaborate as an active member of a high-performing, inclusive clinical care team.

• Maintain a flexible schedule of 25–40 hours per week, with shifts communicated at least one month in advance and confirmed two weeks prior.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of clinical experience in physical therapy within an orthopedic setting.

• Minimum of 1 year of direct Pelvic Health clinical experience.

• Completion of one of the following: Herman & Wallace Level 1 and/or Level 2b; APTA CAPP-Pelvic Level 1 and/or Level 2 Pelvic Health training; Evidence In Motion Pelvic Health I and/or II; Herman & Wallace PRPC; ABPTS Pelvic & Women’s Health Clinical Specialist; Evidence in Motion Pelvic Health Specialist Certification.

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT).

• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in at least one U.S. state.

• Capability to complete necessary documentation to obtain additional state licenses post-offer.

• Willingness to work across various time zones.

• Ability to provide telehealth services from a secure, professional environment with dependable, robust internet access within the United States.

• Availability to work evenings.

• Current and expected future residence in an eligible U.S. state or Puerto Rico.

• Competence in evaluating, treating, and managing MSK members using telehealth and a biopsychosocial approach.

• Skill in managing a large and diverse caseload safely and efficiently through digital tools.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to adapt, think critically, and solve problems creatively.

• Medical fluency in Spanish is preferred.

• Willingness to work on weekends is preferred.

• Additional certifications in orthopedics, pain science, or related fields are preferred.
