This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +3 more states.
• Deliver individualized evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults between the ages of 2 and 26.
• Establish consistent and high-quality therapeutic relationships with patients.
• Create and modify personalized treatment plans based on continuous assessments of patient progress.
• Engage in clinical consultations while receiving feedback and support.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and specialty providers.
• Ensure comprehensive and timely clinical documentation and patient records.
• Involve and counsel family members or external specialists when necessary.
• Provide care in a fully remote model throughout the United States.
• Commit to 17 hours of direct therapy and 3 hours of administrative work weekly for a total of 20 hours in a part-time schedule.
• Must be independently licensed as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey, or Maryland.
• At least one year of experience delivering individual direct-care therapy to children and adolescents.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a telehealth or virtual environment.
• Experience in evidence-based practices with children, adolescents, young adults, and families.
• Proficient in facilitating virtual telehealth sessions.
• Strong technical skills with Google Suite, EMR systems, and various virtual platforms.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Must own a phone, computer, and have high-speed internet access if working as a 1099 contractor.
• Availability to work after 3 p.m. ET on weekdays and/or on weekends.
