Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services through Brave Health’s telehealth program.

• Provide mental health care to patients of all age groups.

• Manage approximately 6 clients daily, leading to a total of 30 client care hours each week.

• Identify mental health and/or substance abuse disorders.

• Create individualized treatment plans.

• Perform thorough assessments.

• Collaborate with clients to help them reach their objectives.

• Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and various internal communication tools.

• Assist in Brave Health’s growth by acquiring additional state licenses as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted permission to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

• A private workspace at home to ensure patient safety and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Proficiency in English.

• Fully licensed in the relevant state(s) without supervision.

• Ability to complete 30 client care hours weekly, averaging 6 clients each day.

• Experience in treating patients with chronic severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Skilled in treatment planning.

• Comfortable using telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication platforms.

• Experience in working with clients to help them achieve their goals.

• Capability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Willingness to acquire additional state licenses as required for organizational expansion.
