Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Marriage & Family Therapist (LMHC, LMFT) – Spanish Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient mental health services via Brave Health's telehealth platform.

• Provide empathetic, high-quality mental health care to individuals of all ages.

• Serve patients enrolled in commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare programs.

• Assess and diagnose mental health and/or substance use disorders.

• Create individualized treatment plans.

• Perform thorough assessments of patients.

• Collaborate with clients to support them in reaching their objectives.

• Utilize telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication tools effectively.

• Complete around 30 hours of client care weekly, averaging six clients daily.

• Maintain a Monday through Friday schedule with set shifts: 9am–6pm, 10am–7pm, or 11am–8pm Eastern.

• Possibility of acquiring additional state licenses as Brave Health enters new markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's level degree along with appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

• A private work-from-home environment that meets patient safety and HIPAA standards.

• Proficiency in English.

• Spanish language skills preferred; additional language proficiency is advantageous.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance use disorder diagnoses.

• Skills in treatment planning.

• Comfortable using telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication tools.

• Experience in collaborating with clients to achieve their goals.

• Competence in conducting comprehensive assessments.

• Current full/independent clinical licensure, including LMHC, LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LISW, LCPC, or LPCC designations.

• Capability to fulfill 30 client care hours weekly.

• Readiness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
