Pediatric Therapist, LCSW, LPC, LMFT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver personalized evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults aged 2–26.

• Create and modify tailored treatment plans based on continuous assessments of patient progress.

• Build positive and trusting relationships with patients.

• Engage in clinical consultations and integrate feedback effectively.

• Collaborate with other specialty providers and an interdisciplinary care team.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely clinical documentation and patient records.

• Involve and provide guidance to family members or external specialists when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold an independent license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey, or Maryland.

• Minimum of one year of experience delivering individual, direct-care therapy to children and adolescent clients.

• At least one year of experience in a telehealth or virtual environment.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices.

• Proficient in Google Suite, EMR systems, and virtual platforms.

• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and documentation capabilities.

• Availability to work after 3pm ET on weekdays and/or weekends.

• Must possess a phone, computer, and high-speed internet if applicable as a 1099 contractor.
