Pediatric Therapist, LCSW, LPC, LMFT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver personalized, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults aged 2–26.

• Create and modify individualized treatment plans informed by continuous assessments of patient progress.

• Build positive and trusting therapeutic relationships with patients.

• Engage in consultations to enhance clinical skills and obtain feedback and support.

• Collaborate with other specialized providers and an interdisciplinary care team.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely clinical documentation and patient records.

• Involve and consult with family members or external specialists when appropriate.

• Offer virtual mental health services across Pennsylvania, Virginia, and New Jersey.

• Provide high-touch, comprehensive care while partnering with families and caregivers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold an independent license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey, or Maryland.

• At least one year of experience delivering individual therapy to children and adolescent patients.

• Minimum of one year of experience in a telehealth or virtual care environment.

• Proficient in evidence-based practices.

• Experienced in conducting both in-person and virtual telehealth sessions.

• Strong technical skills with Google Suite, EMR systems, and virtual platforms.

• Possess strong clinical judgment.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Availability to work after 3pm ET during weekdays and/or on weekends.

• Must have a phone, computer, and high-speed internet if applicable as a 1099 contractor.
