Pediatric Therapist – LCSW, LPC, LMFT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver individualized evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults aged 2–26.

• Foster robust therapeutic relationships through consistent, high-quality care.

• Create and modify personalized treatment plans based on continual assessment of patient progress.

• Cultivate a positive and trusting rapport with patients.

• Engage in clinical consultation while receiving feedback and support.

• Collaborate with other specialized providers and an interdisciplinary care team.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely clinical documentation and patient records.

• Involve and consult with family members or outside specialists when appropriate.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be independently licensed as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey, or Maryland.

• At least one year of experience providing individual, direct care therapy to children and adolescent patients.

• Minimum of one year of experience in a telehealth or virtual setting.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices involving children, adolescents, young adults, and families.

• Proficient in facilitating both in-person and virtual telehealth sessions.

• Strong technical skills with Google Suite, EMR systems, and virtual platforms.

• Excellent clinical judgment.

• Outstanding communication and documentation skills.

• Availability to work after 3pm ET during weekdays and/or on weekends.

• Must own a phone, computer, and have high-speed internet if applicable as a 1099 contractor.
