This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +14 more states.
β’ Review the enrollment information and accompanying documentation for therapists to ensure completeness, accuracy, and adherence to payer requirements.
β’ Prepare, submit, and monitor standard enrollment applications, rosters, demographic updates, re-credentialing requests, and termination applications within set timelines.
β’ Validate provider and practice information, including NPI details, practice locations, tax information, and state licensure.
β’ Manage assigned enrollment files from submission to approval, performing routine follow-ups with external insurance providers.
β’ Identify and resolve standard enrollment challenges, escalating non-standard or high-risk issues to the Enrollment leadership team.
β’ Enter, update, and maintain therapist, payer, clinic, and effective-date information in internal systems and databases.
β’ Keep thorough documentation of submissions, payer correspondence, status updates, and outstanding requirements.
β’ Communicate effectively and professionally with therapists, payers, partners, and internal teams to facilitate timely enrollment completion.
β’ Collaborate across functions with Credentialing, Onboarding, and Partner Success teams to provide a seamless therapist activation experience.
β’ Monitor operational metrics, achieve productivity standards, and contribute to ongoing workflow and documentation enhancements.
β’ Generally requires less than one year of relevant experience in healthcare administration, credentialing, enrollment, or operational support.
β’ Strong organizational abilities with careful attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with therapists, payers, and internal stakeholders.
β’ Capability to adhere to established procedures, prioritize tasks, and meet productivity and timeliness expectations.
β’ Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to recognize routine obstacles and know when to escalate complex issues.
β’ Proficient in working with internal databases, spreadsheets, and digital management systems.
β’ Ability to excel in a fast-paced, remote team environment while maintaining accountability and operational excellence.
