Pediatric Therapist – LCSW, LPC, LMFT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver individualized, evidence-based therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and young adults aged 2–26.

• Cultivate robust therapeutic relationships by providing consistent and high-quality care.

• Create and modify personalized treatment plans based on continuous assessments of patient progress.

• Engage in clinical consultations and receive constructive feedback and support.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary and specialty care providers.

• Ensure meticulous and timely clinical documentation and maintenance of patient records.

• Include and advise family members or external specialists when deemed appropriate.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold an independent license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey, or Maryland.

• At least one year of experience in providing individual direct-care therapy to children and adolescents.

• Minimum of one year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual environment.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices for children, adolescents, young adults, and families.

• Competence in using Google Suite, EMR systems, and virtual platforms.

• Strong abilities in clinical judgment, communication, and documentation.

• Must possess a phone, computer, and high-speed internet if working as a 1099 contractor.

• Availability to work after 3 PM ET on weekdays and/or during weekends.
