Pediatric Therapist, LCSW, LPC, LMFT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver individualized, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults aged 2–26.

• Establish robust therapeutic relationships through consistent and high-quality care.

• Create and modify personalized treatment plans based on continuous assessment of patient progress.

• Engage in consultations to improve clinical skills while receiving feedback and support.

• Work collaboratively with other specialty providers and an interdisciplinary care team.

• Ensure comprehensive and timely clinical documentation and patient records are maintained.

• Involve and advise family members or external specialists when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold an independent license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey, or Maryland.

• At least one year of experience providing individual, direct-care therapy to children and adolescent patients.

• Minimum one year of experience in a telehealth or virtual environment.

• Proven experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Proficient in conducting both in-person and virtual telehealth sessions.

• Strong technical skills in Google Suite, EMR systems, and virtual platforms.

• Excellent clinical judgment along with strong communication and documentation skills.

• Must possess a phone, computer, and high-speed internet if applicable as a 1099 contractor.

• Availability to work after 3 PM ET on weekdays and/or on weekends.
