Pediatric Therapist, LCSW, LPC, LMFT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver individualized evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults aged 2–26.

• Create and modify tailored treatment plans based on continuous assessment of patient progress.

• Build a positive, trusting relationship with patients.

• Engage in consultations to refine clinical skills and receive constructive feedback and support.

• Collaborate with other specialty providers and an interdisciplinary care team.

• Ensure comprehensive and timely clinical documentation and patient records are maintained.

• Involve and guide family members or external specialists when necessary.

• Provide high-quality mental health services both virtually and in-person.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be independently licensed as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey, or Maryland.

• Minimum of one year of experience in providing individual, direct care therapy to children and adolescent patients.

• At least one year of experience in a telehealth or virtual environment.

• Experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Proficient in conducting both in-person and virtual telehealth sessions.

• Strong technical skills with Google Suite, EMR systems, and virtual platforms.

• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.

• Must own a phone, computer, and have high-speed internet if applicable as a 1099 contractor.

• Availability to work after 3 PM ET during weekdays and/or weekends.
