This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee tactical and administrative management for the planning, development, and oversight of district activities.
• Propel sales and market share growth throughout the district by effectively utilizing allocated budgets while upholding corporate policies and objectives.
• Enhance the skills of territory managers through comprehensive training, coaching, and motivation.
• Engage in fieldwork approximately 10 times per representative each year, ensuring thorough documentation of visits.
• Assess performance and offer coaching aimed at performance improvement.
• Compose performance evaluations.
• Recruit and select candidates, which includes sourcing, conducting interviews, hosting job fairs, and maintaining a pool of qualified candidates.
• Drive business activities through effective resource allocation and budgeting, which encompasses both gratis and expenses.
• Relay issues and opportunities to the Regional Director.
• Organize meetings, training sessions, and special projects.
• Manage the district's financial and marketing resources.
• Take responsibility for district Sales Representatives.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of sales leadership experience; ideally between 5 to 10 years.
• Experience in hospital sales is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the geographical and business landscape.
• Exceptional proficiency in the sale of technical products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to adapt personal style to accommodate the needs of others.
• Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
• Proven strength in training abilities.
• Demonstrated aptitude in strategic thinking, decision-making, teamwork, initiative, and driving business results.
• Ability to comprehend and execute field sales directives and management policies.
• Willingness to travel, which is mandatory for all sales meetings.
• Ideal candidates should reside in Riverside County, Orange County, or San Diego County.
