Pediatric Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician – LICSW/Psychologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Deliver integrated behavioral health services in a pediatric office and provide outpatient psychotherapy.

• Function as a key member of primary care teams.

• Primarily treat adult and geriatric patients facing acute and chronic health issues along with various mental health concerns.

• Employ evidence-based therapies such as CBT, motivational interviewing, and brief targeted treatments.

• Administer screenings for depression, anxiety, and other related conditions.

• Regularly consult with medical professionals.

• Collaborate across disciplines in a dynamic clinical environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a valid Therapist or Psychologist license (LICSW/PsyD).

• Exceptional communication abilities and strong clinical judgment.

• Experience working with individuals throughout their lifespan.

• Proficient in utilizing empirically supported treatments.

• Background in a primary care setting is preferred.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Clinical licensure as LICSW or credentialed as a psychologist (PsyD) is required.
