Pedagogical Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture relationships with institutions within the designated portfolio.

• Conduct educational training sessions for teams at Municipal and Regional Education Departments, as well as public schools.

• Oversee the activities performed by the institutions served and devise training initiatives based on their specific needs.

• Document completed activities in the company’s systems.

• Present educational products and services as needed and requested by management.

• Advocate for the company’s training initiatives among the institutions served.

• Plan, organize, and oversee activities outlined in Educational Solutions contracts with school networks, ensuring that the contracted hours are fulfilled.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or Pedagogy.

• Postgraduate qualification in Education.

• Teaching license in any subject area.

• Experience in a school setting as a teacher and/or pedagogical or subject-area coordinator, preferably within the public education system.

• Prior experience in providing teacher training is advantageous.

• Familiarity with education legislation and contemporary pedagogical issues.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Must have full availability for travel.

• A valid driver’s license is required.

• Service area includes the states of Goiás and Mato Grosso do Sul.

• Preferred residential location is Brasília.
