Education Advisor – French Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lebanon.

📋 Description

• Address sales inquiries received via phone, email, the website, and various marketing channels, such as social media, Google Ads, and online directories.

• Guide prospective students on appropriate courses, study locations, and the enrollment process.

• Assist prospective students throughout their sales journey.

• Keep accurate and current records in the company CRM, including inquiry details, follow-up notes, activities, tasks, and sales results.

• Promptly follow up with prospective students.

• Manage a diverse pipeline while striving to meet established sales and conversion objectives.

• Provide outstanding customer service to students and partners.

• Adhere to internal processes and procedures.

• Efficiently resolve routine issues and escalate matters as needed.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues in Direct Sales, Admissions, Marketing, and the schools to ensure a seamless student experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and French.

• Prior sales experience, preferably in the education, study-abroad, travel, or services sectors.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage in sales conversations over the phone.

• Experience working with international clients or in a multicultural setting; overseas study or work experience is a plus.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capability to manage multiple inquiries and follow-ups accurately.

• Comfortable working towards targets, juggling competing priorities, and performing under pressure.

• Confident in using CRM systems and digital communication tools; experience with a CRM is beneficial.

• Eligibility to work as a contractor (freelancer) in the country of residence.

• A degree in business, marketing, sales, languages, tourism, or a related field is preferred.

• Additional language proficiency (e.g., Arabic, Spanish, or another language) is advantageous.

• Experience in customer service is desirable.
