Pedagogical Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and implement creative teaching strategies

• Utilize tools to enhance school services

• Evaluate educational data to refine products and services

• Renew and uphold contracts with schools within the designated portfolio

• Oversee sales objectives for cross-selling products

• Cultivate relationships with schools and execute badge migrations

• Manage targets for migration, contract renewals, and contract maintenance

• Engage in negotiations with schools

• Conduct educational visits in the states of Minas Gerais and Paraná

• Handle a portfolio of roughly 30 schools in the Minas Gerais and Paraná regions

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Languages or a related field in Education

• Experience as a language educator and in bilingual coordination

• Background in pedagogical advising or consulting (preferred)

• Expertise in educational technologies and teaching techniques

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent interpersonal communication, teamwork, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

• Willingness to travel extensively

• Valid driver's license

• Readiness to travel to Minas Gerais and Paraná
