Implementation Advisor Apprentice

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Comprehend customer needs, business objectives, and challenges.

• Assist in the onboarding and implementation processes for customers.

• Help develop implementation and transition strategies.

• Aid advisors in achieving successful product adoption and positive customer outcomes.

• Keep thorough documentation and inform customers about subsequent steps.

• Support webinars, workshops, and educational sessions for customers.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements and implementation demands.

• Stay informed about HighLevel product features and updates.

• Provide assistance to customers with basic implementation-related queries.

• Foster strong customer relationships and contribute to their long-term success.

• Continuously seek ways to enhance the onboarding and implementation experience.

• Participate in a structured 6-month apprenticeship to become an advisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Recent graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Basic technical knowledge and eagerness to learn about SaaS products.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Quick learner of new tools, processes, and workflows.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.

• Internship or project experience in SaaS, customer success, technical support, implementation, or consulting is a plus.

• Familiarity with CRM or SaaS platforms is an advantage.

• Basic understanding of business processes and software workflows is desirable.
